Jenna Daniel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), who earned her Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health counseling from Northern Arizona University.

Jenna is a trauma informed therapist, treating trauma and stress-related disorders, OCD and other compulsive disorders, and mood disorders. She takes pride in using evidence-based treatments and takes an integrated approach to providing therapy. Jenna is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness strategies for trauma processing. Jenna also utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support clients who are experiencing mood dysregulation, poor interpersonal relationships, impulsivity, self-harming behaviors and/or suicidal ideation. Jenna has specialized training in treating OCD and related disorders and utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Habit Reversal training (HRT). OCD is often misunderstood and mistreated. Jenna has extensive training and passion for treating OCD and has completed the General Training at the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), received consultation from Alec Pollard, PhD, and has attended several IOCDF conferences.
