Group Description

If you feel like your relationship is at a 3 or 4 and you want it to be at a 9 or a 10, you are in the right place!

In this workshop you will receive education and guidance from an EFT-trained and licensed couples therapist, watch video demonstrations with real-life couples, engage in exercises to develop new skills and support connection, and there will be opportunities for discussion and skill application.

Our two-day workshop aims to assist couples to understand the "moves” they use to protect themselves during conflict and disconnection. Most often, one partner moves towards conflict (pursues) while the other moves away (withdraws) and they create a negative cycle that leaves them feeling stuck and defeated. The purpose of the workshop is to help couples identify their negative cycle and to create new moves to create the connection they have longed for.

Hold Me Tight is a program developed by Sue Johnson, the founder of Emotionally Focused Therapy.

You can learn more about EFT and Hold Me Tight here: https://iceeft.com/what-is-hold-me-tight/
