Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her master’s degree from Phoenix Seminary. Michelle is also certified in Sensorimotor Art Therapy from the Institute for Sensorimotor Art Therapy & School for Initiatic Art Therapy. Michelle’s own journey to mental health is what drives her devotion to helping others. Working with Michelle, you can expect to feel heard and seen, valued and cared for, even in your darkest moments. Michelle works with a variety of ages and therapeutic concerns, but she is most passionate about helping teenagers and young adults conquer their battles with intrusive, destructive, or negative thoughts and emotions.

Michelle brings an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various modalities of treatment to best meet the needs of each individual client. Such treatment modalities include but are not limited to Sensorimotor Art Therapy, ACT, DBT, Spiritual Integration, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT).
Personally:
While not at work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, creating art, volunteering at church, building Legos, or obsessing over Harry Potter.
