Cayla Gensler is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who earned her master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. Cayla has a variety of experience working with many therapy concerns, but is most passionate about working with couples and individuals to resolve relationship and attachment needs. She is dedicated to helping her clients identify and express their emotions and needs both for themselves and in relationships. She creates a safe, but vulnerable environment for her clients to work through pain and disconnection.

Cayla is a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT)  and this is her primary approach to helping couples heal and transform their relationship. Additionally, Cayla includes Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma approached in her practice with clients. In working with Cayla, you can expect a compassionate, but straightforward approach to achieving your goals.

Cayla is a New York native and has been in Arizona for the past 12 years. Cayla balances her time spent at work with weekends that include hiking, traveling, and anxiously hoping the Buffalo Bills make it to the Super Bow
