Group Description

"Set Boundaries, Find Peace: A Guide to Reclaiming Yourself" by Nedra Glover Tawwab

"Set Boundaries, Find Peace" defines healthy boundaries and graciously speaks to the often challenging costs of learning to employ healthier boundaries in our lives. This book offers a compassionate and empowering stance on how to embrace self-trust in order to navigate boundaries which are often more nuanced rather than black and white.

Benefits of attending:

  • Experience community in a safe, structured, and light-hearted space.
  • Expand your knowledge about all types of boundaries, why they can often be so challenging to set/maintain, and why they are so important for overall well being.
  • Learn and practice how to effectively set and communicate boundaries.

*Book can be purchased on Amazon or through other book retailers.

✅

For those who want to take their relationship from a 4 or a 5 to a 10.

✅

Classes for as young as 2-5 all the way up to high school.

✅

Classes focused around anxiety, depression, trauma, mood, OCD, and more.
